Afterbell/Afterschool Staff (part-time): Marana, Arizona

The afterbell staff ensures the daily operational needs of the after school program are met, maintaining compliance with academy norms and scholar expectations while prioritizing the health and safety of all enrolled scholars after school hours. Responsibilities include supervising scholars, assisting with homework, implementing behavior management, and adhering to all state licensing and sanitation regulations.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or ged, along with 12 months of related experience or equivalent education/Experience, and possession of an az ivp fingerprint clearance card. Candidates must also have first aid/Cpr certification, a recent tb test, and be willing to attend annual training, though prior childcare experience is preferred.
