Responsibilities
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services to children based on individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavior support strategies under the supervision of a BCBA
- Support children in developing communication, social, play, behavior regulation, and adaptive living skills
- Collect and document accurate session data
- Communicate professionally with supervisors, families, and team members
- Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapeutic environment
- Follow all clinical and ethical guidelines related to service delivery
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working with children preferred
- Experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related developmental needs preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, professional, and coachable
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
