Instructional Designer (US ONLY - Remote)

The learning experience designer is responsible for designing and delivering scalable, high-Impact learning solutions that drive measurable behavior change and improve performance across the workforce. This involves partnering with leaders and smes to translate operational needs into engaging, effective learning experiences using modern instructional design practices.

Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in instructional design, including developing both virtual and instructor-Led training programs, and strong experience creating e-Learning content and structured curricula. Proficiency in authoring tools like articulate and familiarity with lms platforms are required, with experience in healthcare being preferred.
