Teaching Fellow, Elementary (Promise Academy II)

The teaching fellow will design and implement dynamic, standards-Aligned lesson plans to foster mastery of grade-Level content and assess student progress using various methods to personalize instruction. They must establish high academic and behavioral standards, utilize diverse teaching strategies, and collaborate with colleagues to meet individual student needs.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and be currently enrolled in a master's degree program actively pursuing new york state teaching certification. The ideal candidate should also demonstrate a passion for the mission, respect for harlem culture, and a desire to work in a child-Focused school setting.
