Youth Soccer Coach

The coach will use individual attention and a non-Competitive approach to ensure classes for children aged 1-14 are fun, stress-Free, and focus on building fundamental soccer skills while nurturing the whole child physically, mentally, socially, and emotionally. Responsibilities include using positive reinforcement, communicating effectively with parents, and continuously improving through training and adherence to the coaching manual.

Candidates must have reliable transportation and enjoy working with children, possessing customer service skills. Prior experience working with children and soccer, such as a sports coach, teacher, camper, or leader, is ideal, as is an interest in early childhood education or child development.
