Community College Success Fellow - Napa County

Fellows provide direct support to students and families by offering guidance for success in college and the workforce, assisting with financial aid applications, and facilitating readiness workshops. Responsibilities also include managing assigned caseloads, engaging with students on campus, and maintaining accurate program data and reports.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and experience in a client or student service position, with geographic proximity to the service region being important. Strong professionalism, excellent communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in microsoft office and google applications are required.
