Congregate Residential Counselor - Weekends

The primary responsibility is providing a safe and secure environment for clients, implementing the program's mission, treatment philosophy, policies, and procedures through direct care and supervision. This includes supervising daily living activities, providing behavior support, participating in activities, and maintaining required documentation.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and should ideally possess childcare experience in a residential setting with a similar youth population. Applicants must be computer literate and capable of passing a background check and physical activity requirements for the role.
