Summer Congregate Residential Counselor-Temporary

The primary responsibility is providing a safe and secure environment for clients aged 14-18 in a residential group home, requiring knowledge and implementation of the program's mission, philosophy, and procedures. This includes supervising daily living activities, teaching life and social skills, managing the living environment, and providing behavior support and intervention as trained.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be physically active for 8–10-Hour shifts, including participation in de-Escalation and physical intervention training. Childcare experience in a residential setting with a similar population is preferred, along with basic computer literacy.
