Youth Development Specialist

The specialist will provide daily programs and services to enrolled youth, acting as the direct supervisor while implementing the organization's mission focused on character, academic success, and healthy lifestyles. Responsibilities include executing programs, ensuring member safety and engagement, and encouraging individual growth.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and enrolled in college or have some college coursework, along with prior experience working or volunteering with children. Essential knowledge includes principles of youth development, effective planning, group leadership skills, and understanding group dynamics and discipline.
