Core responsibilities
The primary responsibility is providing a safe and secure environment for clients under the direction of a supervisor, implementing the program's mission and treatment philosophy in direct care and supervision. This includes counseling, observing, providing behavioral training, and supporting clients in developing necessary skills for successful transitions home or to long-Term placement.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have one year of childcare experience in a residential setting working with a similar population of children. Applicants must also be computer literate, proficient with microsoft office and internet explorer, and capable of learning new software applications.
