Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians will work directly with clients delivering high-Quality, intensive aba interventions under the supervision of behavior analysts who develop each client’s treatment plan. Responsibilities include completing necessary training, delivering 1:1 direct aba treatment, supporting parent training, collecting data, and communicating progress to improve treatment plans.

Candidates should ideally have 1-2 years of experience working with children and preferably hold or be pursuing a bachelor's degree in psychology, teaching, or a related field. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check are mandatory requirements.
