Associate or Assistant Professor of Counselor Education

Key responsibilities include teaching counseling curriculum courses, assessing and developing curriculum and programs, and providing academic advising, mentorship, and clinical supervision to students. Faculty members are also expected to engage in research, scholarly activities, and provide service to the department, school, university, and profession.

Candidates must possess a doctorate in counselor education and supervision from a cacrep accredited program (Or completion within one year of hire) along with practical experience and professional counseling credentials. Essential qualifications include experience teaching core mental health/School counseling courses, evidence of scholarly activity, and the ability to instruct effectively in both online and in-Person formats.
