Youth Development Professional

The youth development professional is responsible for planning and implementing diverse programs in areas like recreation, art, and technology under the unit director's supervision, focusing on participants' academic and social success. Key duties include managing activities within budget, enforcing guidance and discipline policies, and assisting with participant recruitment and reporting.

Candidates must possess knowledge of youth development, the ability to build positive relationships, and demonstrate respect toward participants. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, good communication skills, enthusiasm, and a valid south carolina driver’s license.
