New Graduate RN Residency, Surgical IMCU (Start date: September 2026)

The role encompasses nursing assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation, and coordination of care for patients and their families across the health care continuum. The registered nurse is accountable for clinical, educational, quality, and fiscal patient care outcomes following established agency policies and standards of practice.

This position is designated for nurses who have graduated from nursing school within the twelve months before their date of hire and requires active bls/Cpr for healthcare providers, with flu vaccination required prior to the start date. Registration and current rn licensure in massachusetts in good standing is preferred prior to the start date, and candidates must commit to a two-Year term after the initial training.
