Behavior Management Specialist - Residential Nights

The role involves providing direct care and technical/Clinical support activities aligned with the organization's mission, including assisting with daily operations and overseeing client activities like meals and breaks. Responsibilities also include providing behavior management, crisis intervention, individual and group counseling, and psychoeducational groups for youth under supervision.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a diploma/Ged; three or more years of behavioral health experience or a bachelor's degree in a human services related field is desired. A valid ohio driver's license is required, along with the ability to meet physical demands including lifting 20 pounds and complying with restraint training.
