  • Youth Soccer Coach - Top pay, work in the community, and impact children's lives.
  • Would you like to earn above-average pay while staying active and promoting life skills through Soccer?
  • We offer training on the job, a flexible schedule, and incentive programs.
  • The majority of classes are held during the after-school hours and on weekends.
  • The ideal candidate needs to have the availability below: Monday-Friday (Times): 2:00-5:30 Weekends: (Times) 8:00-12:00 We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving coach!
  • Who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all.
  • Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader), and enjoys working with children.
  • This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development.
  • Coaches start at $18/hour and can earn up to $40/hour (with pathways and requirements to reach higher pay).

  • All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending regular training and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual Must own car and able to drive in a radius of 20 miles Coach referral program from $100 up to $200 for every coach you recommend (must stayed employed for 60 days) Coach of the season and coach of the year awards Free programming for family and discounts for friends Reimbursement for college-level early childhood course credits (ECE Credits) Opportunities to work full-time and even become a franchise owner
