Case Manager, Wraparound - AMIkids Baton Rouge

The case manager is responsible for facilitating the wraparound process for families in a timely manner, coordinating and scheduling family team conferences to advance individualized and family goals. Duties include maintaining service environment information, ensuring strength-Based service delivery, and authorizing/Monitoring community resources to meet client needs.

A bachelor's degree in psychology, human services, social work, or a related field is required, with a master's degree preferred, alongside a minimum of one year of related experience working with families and children, preferably in wraparound services. Candidates must obtain and maintain current cpr, first aid, and required crisis intervention/Physical restraint certifications.
