Teacher (Elementary, Middle, and High School Position available)

The teacher is responsible for developing and implementing engaging instructional lesson plans aligned with state standards, fostering students' understanding of cultural, political, and economic concepts, and promoting critical thinking and global awareness. Duties include assessing student learning, facilitating discussions, collaborating with colleagues, and maintaining accurate student records.

Candidates must possess a passion for improving educational opportunities for urban students and a commitment to the organization's mission, willingness to go above and beyond for student success, and commitment to professional growth. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in education and appropriate teaching licensure.
