Group Home Youth Counselor Overnight

The overnight youth counselor monitors residents and the facility during sleeping hours, performs safety checks, documents activities, and implements service and behavior support plans. During waking hours, the role involves providing teaching, guidance, and supervision to up to 8 youth within a therapeutic, family-Style treatment environment.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though a bachelor's degree is preferred, along with a minimum of six months of experience working with children or adolescents. Candidates must possess a valid virginia driver's license, clear background checks, and successfully complete in-House training.
