Residential Rehabilitation Educator

Residential rehab educators/Counselors assist adults with mental illness in achieving goals, managing daily activities, engaging in meaningful activities, and ensuring proper medication administration. They implement treatment plans to help clients reach goals, manage symptoms, and enhance their overall quality of life and independence.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with coursework in psychology or related fields preferred, alongside previous experience in health and human services. Candidates must possess patience, flexibility, computer proficiency, a valid driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle at some sites, and must obtain cpr, first aid, and map certifications.
