Beyou Behavior Therapy is looking for a compassionate and motivated Behavior Therapist to join our growing team. This role offers hands-on experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) while making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.

  • Availability required: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM Minimum 10 hours per week; 15–20 hours maximum per week What You’d Be Doing In This Role You’ll work directly with children on the autism spectrum, providing play-based therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work will help children build essential life, communication, and social skills while supporting families in meaningful ways. What You’ll Do Deliver one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA Support the development of communication, social, and self-help skills Collect and record session data as required Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment Follow all physical and safety requirements specific to each client You're Probably A Match If You enjoy working with children and making a difference You’re patient, reliable, and eager to learn You thrive in hands-on, people-centered roles You value culturally responsive and compassionate care You Are Compassionate, dependable, and enthusiastic Open to feedback and ongoing learning Adaptable in working with diverse families and communities A strong communicator with a collaborative mindset You Have High School Diploma or GED Must be at least 18 years old Experience working with children (babysitting, tutoring, coaching, teaching, etc.) Reliable transportation and willingness to commute within the service area Consistent availability Monday–Friday from 3:00
