Respite Caregiver

Respite providers are responsible for the overall care and well-Being of clients with special needs, ensuring a fun and safe environment for learning and growth. Duties include leading activities, maintaining facility cleanliness, providing one-On-One support, and building strong relationships with clients, staff, and families.

Candidates must demonstrate enthusiasm for working with children and adults of all abilities and possess experience in educational, childcare, adult care, or special needs settings. Strong knowledge of early childhood or adult development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to ensure client safety are required.
