Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - We Provide your Training!

As an rbt, you will implement treatment goals and behavior intervention plans under the direction of behavior analysts, while also providing one-On-One therapy to children with autism in a clinic-Based setting. Responsibilities also include continuous data collection, providing feedback on client progress to a case supervisor, and writing progress summaries.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or higher and a strong desire to learn applied behavior analysis, along with basic technology skills. Candidates must be physically capable of quick responses, walking/Jogging, standing for at least 15 minutes, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
