Behavior Technician (RBT) - Frederick

The behavior technician will provide direct, 1-On-1, play-Based aba therapy to children with autism in various settings, implementing sessions designed by a bcba. Responsibilities also include teaching daily living and social skills and accurately collecting behavior data to track progress.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with preference for an associate or bachelor's degree in a human services area, and must be comfortable working with children. Applicants need reliable transportation and the physical ability to perform tasks like lifting up to 50 pounds, along with a commitment to completing rbt training and passing the exam within 90 days.
