The aide is responsible for implementing a child's Individualized Education Program (IEP) and progress goals, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis principles, collecting data, and assisting with daily living activities under the lead of the classroom teacher. This role also involves setting up classroom materials, assisting with bussing, and implementing behavior treatment plans.
