Early childhood preschool 1:1 aide bilingual

The aide is responsible for implementing a child's individualized education program (Iep) and progress goals, utilizing applied behavior analysis principles, collecting data, and assisting with daily living activities under the lead of the classroom teacher. This role also involves setting up classroom materials, assisting with bussing, and implementing behavior treatment plans.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma and be fluent in both english and a second language to fulfill the bilingual requirement. Essential physical abilities include modifying areas for child safety, lifting/Transporting children up to 30 pounds, moving quickly to prevent elopement, maneuvering the classroom environment, and following directions while detecting alarms.
