Core responsibilities
The role involves supporting individuals with autism in various settings by teaching daily living and social skills using evidence-Based behavior treatments. Responsibilities also include collecting and summarizing unbiased data during sessions and collaborating with the clinical team, including board certified behavior analysts (Bcbas).
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high-School diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old, with reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and car insurance for in-Home services. New hires must complete a 40-Hour paid training course and be eligible to pass the rbt exam within 45 days.
