Physical Therapist

The physical therapist will evaluate and assess children and families to assist in planning and implementing individualized curriculums and ifsps. They will also maintain records and ensure that early intervention services meet established standards.

Candidates must have a valid physical therapy license in connecticut and a valid u.s. Driver's license with an acceptable driving history. Internet access, a cell phone, and reliable transportation are also required.
