Learning expert teachers (Lets) co-Create a culture of joyful learning, customizing education to meet individual student needs while working alongside a subject expert teacher to deliver lessons and engage students all day in the elementary classroom. Responsibilities also include evaluating academic and social growth, communicating with parents, and cooperating with staff to address student health, attitude, and learning problems.

Candidates must possess deep knowledge and passion for teaching, the ability to differentiate instruction, and strong communication skills for interacting with students, colleagues, and parents. Minimum qualifications require a bachelor's or master's degree in early childhood or elementary education and the ability to obtain a fingerprint clearance card.
