Candidates must possess a mature Christian faith aligned with the organization's values and a passion for justice, along with a Bachelor's degree in a related field and prior classroom teaching experience. Experience in mentoring or coaching other teachers is strongly preferred.

Position Type: Full-Time | In-Person (South Asia) Program and Position Overview: Love Justice’s school, located in South Asia, plays a significant role in our mission by inspiring students to become independent thinkers, adept problem solvers, and passionate difference makers in the world by preparing their hearts, minds, and souls through excellent education. This unique school has both local and expat teachers and aims to implement research-backed educational methods in order to establish a “kingdom-class” education. The Overseas Teacher & Instructional Coach will serve at Love Justice’s school in South Asia. This role is designed for experienced educators who are ready to focus primarily on mentoring and coaching teachers, while remaining connected to classrooms through limited, strategic teaching. The position will be based in South Asia and will work closely with school leadership to strengthen instruction and build sustainable systems. Key Responsibilities: Mentor and coach national teachers, equipping them with effective, student-focused instructional strategies. Teach strategically through limited classroom teaching or demonstration lessons to model best practices. Develop scalable resources that support strong instruction and long-term sustainability. Support a culture of joyful, structured learning with high expectations and a growth mindset. Contribute to onboarding and ongoing professional development through modeling, co-planning, and feedback. Build and maintain a team of financial supporters through regular communication and updates. Mission & Faith Alignment: Mature Christian faith and agreement with LJI’s Global Value to “Abide in Christ”; passion for justice and advocacy on behalf of vulnerable populations; alignment with LJI’s mission and values. Experience & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Education, English, Mathematics, Science, etc.); classroom teaching experience; experience mentoring, coaching, or collaborating with other teachers (formal or informal) strongly preferred. Competencies & Soft Skills: Strong relational skills, humility, cross-cultural adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow; strong communication skills and a positive, growth-oriented mindset.
