Youth Support Partner (Part-Time)

The youth support partner will provide engagement, support, guidance, mentoring, advocacy, and empowerment to assigned youth, supporting their treatment plans and fostering self-Advocacy. Responsibilities also include providing transportation, responding to crises, and maintaining accurate documentation.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though a bachelor's degree in human services or a related field is preferred, along with one year of relevant professional experience working with the population served. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and pass a drug screening and extensive background check.
