Full time BSN Nursing Faculty

The faculty member will instruct undergraduate nursing courses both on campus and virtually, participate in laboratory/Simulation experiences, and be involved in service to the university, community, and profession as per contract terms. Responsibilities also include interpreting the program curriculum, serving as a role model, maintaining clinical competency, and ensuring student achievement through orientation, assignment planning, supervision, and evaluation.

Candidates must possess a current, unencumbered rn license for texas and have a minimum of five years of nursing experience as an rn, with preferred experience in adult med-Surgical. A graduate degree in nursing or a related field is required to teach in the bsn programs, along with preferred academic preparation and three years of teaching experience in nursing education.
