Core responsibilities
The employment specialist provides community-Based supported employment services to youth and young adults using the individual placement & support model. They are responsible for assisting clients in obtaining meaningful employment, maintaining accurate case documentation, and conducting community outreach to develop employer relationships.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in mental health, social services, or business, along with at least 2 years of related experience. Proficiency in ms office and experience with database tools are also required.
