Preschool Lead Teacher

The lead teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment while implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum alongside the teaching team. Key duties include observing children's progress, communicating effectively with families, and planning a balanced daily schedule.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old, meeting all state requirements for lead preschool teachers. Prior experience as a lead teacher and a cda or degree in early childhood education or a related field are required, with strong classroom management skills being preferred.
