Club House Facilitator

Facilitators guide students through homework help, academic enrichment, physical activities, and leadership training while adhering to program quality guidelines. Key duties include providing general supervision, planning activities aligned with youth program quality standards, and fostering student self-Esteem and motivation.

Candidates need at least two years of professional or volunteer experience working with young people, and while a bachelor's degree or child development training is preferred, it is not strictly required. Current first aid/Cpr certification is required within 90 days of hire, along with a valid driver's license and foundational professional competencies.
