Preschool Lead Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for creating and implementing a curriculum that promotes the intellectual, emotional, social, and physical development of young children through engaging, hands-On activities. This role also requires fostering positive relationships with families, collaborating with staff, and ensuring compliance with all early childhood education regulations.

Candidates must possess a minimum of an associate's degree in early childhood education or a related field, including at least 9 credit hours in early childhood education, along with one year of experience working with children aged 3 to 5 years.
