Youth Soccer Coach

The coach will lead fun, fast-Paced, 30-45 minute sessions introducing children aged 2-8 to basic soccer skills while focusing on character development, confidence building, and connection. Responsibilities include leading classes of up to 12 children, setting up the environment, following the provided curriculum, and communicating feedback to parents.

Candidates must be 18 years or older, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and have reliable transportation, though no prior soccer background is required. Essential qualities include loving to work with young kids, bringing high energy and positivity, taking safety seriously, and being dependable and coachable.
