Zone Facilitator

The zone facilitator is responsible for running an activity zone, ensuring safety, maintaining high flow, providing coaching-Adjacent guidance, and ensuring parents feel confident in the operation. Success is defined by having no safety incidents, high participation, and natural rotation among participants.

Candidates must be active, comfortable enforcing rules with both children and adults, and possess experience in sports, camps, coaching, or leading groups of kids. Applicants must be at least 16 years old, reliable, punctual, and willing to complete a background check and safety training.
