College Counselor (College Success)

The college counselor will manage a caseload of up to 65-70+ college students, focusing on transition, persistence, completion, and career readiness using the appreciative advising model. Responsibilities also include assisting students with administrative tasks like registration and financial aid renewal, monitoring progress, and collaborating with other internal teams.

A bachelor's degree is required, with a master's degree in education, counseling, or a related social services field preferred. Applicants must have at least two to three years of experience in internship placement, student advising, and utilizing data-Driven methods to increase student success in internship completion.
