Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Birth to 3 & Outpatient Johnson Creek, WI Exciting opportunity for a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing, mission-driven team serving children in Johnson Creek and surrounding communities. This unique role offers a blend of Birth to 3 (early intervention) services and outpatient pediatric therapy, allowing you to support children and families across natural environments and clinic settings. This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact through early intervention and outpatient care while working within a collaborative and supportive therapy team. This role is not available for CFY.

- SLP in this role, you will: Provide play-based, evidence-informed therapy in home, community, and clinic settings Support infants, toddlers, and young children with speech, language, and feeding needs Partner closely with families using a coaching model in Birth to 3 Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans (IFSP-aligned for B-3 and clinic-based plans for outpatient) This position is ideal for a clinician who values early intervention, family-centered care, and functional, meaningful outcomes.
