We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our growing team! As a BCBA on our team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families. What You’ll Do As a BCBA on our team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based ABA care.
- Your responsibilities will include: Conducting assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities Developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans Providing direct supervision, caregiver training, and family support Supervising and mentoring BTs/RBTs to ensure consistent, high-quality care Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create well-rounded care solutions Maintaining accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant documentation Delivering services in-person with opportunities for telehealth sessions when appropriate Staying informed on current research and best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis What You Bring We’re looking for team members who are not only qualified but genuinely care. Active BCBA Certification Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field Active LBA licensure in Illinois (IL LBA) and (MO LBA) required Experience working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills Empathy, patience, and a commitment to client-centered care CPR Certification preferred HIPAA Compliance Training Ability to pass a background check (required by funding sources) Willingness and physical ability to work directly with children (lift up to 50 lbs, kneel, sit on the floor, etc.) Why Join Us?
