Youth Program Leader- Downtown L.A.

Program leaders guide students through social-Emotional learning, homework assistance, and enrichment activities daily after school. Responsibilities include organizing and leading various activities, maintaining a secure environment, and encouraging student participation.

Candidates need at least one year of experience in after-School programs or youth recreation, especially in diverse communities, and must possess strong communication skills for interacting with children and parents. Applicants must also meet educational requirements of 48+ college units or pass a proficiency exam, along with completing a tb test and live scan background check.
