Youth Specialist - Youth Haven

The youth specialist provides supervision and support to youth using a trauma-Informed approach, overseeing daily activities, appointments, and community outings while ensuring a safe environment. Key duties include modeling healthy living skills, teaching communication, encouraging personal goal achievement, and providing necessary transportation for medical, educational, and legal needs.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of 6 months of direct service experience with youth, preferably those who are homeless or in foster care. Additional requirements include passing background checks, obtaining specific health certifications, and holding a valid washington state driver's license.
