About the Role

Provide hands-on support to children with diverse learning, developmental, and social-emotional needs. Working under the supervision of a licensed OT, you’ll implement treatment plans, assist with evaluations, track progress, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to help children achieve their goals.   • What You'll Do
  • Support direct occupational therapy interventions targeting fine motor, perceptual motor, and sensorimotor skills
  • Collaborate with the team on goal development, scheduling, accommodations, and therapeutic activities
  • Consult with the supervising OT and interdisciplinary team to maximize skill generalization and accommodations
  • Assist with identifying, distributing, and training on assistive and adaptive technologies
  • Maintain thorough, timely documentation of therapy sessions, student progress, billing, and supervision logs

What We're Looking For

Required

  • Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)
  • IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

Preferred

  • Experience in school or pediatric clinical settings with children facing learning or social-emotional challenges
  • Familiarity with IEPs, treatment planning, and behavior interventions
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and data documentation skills
