Physical Therapist - Kids on the Move

This role involves evaluating, planning, and administering medically prescribed or educationally relevant physical therapy treatments to clients in their homes or students in educational settings. Key functions include performing comprehensive assessments, developing care plans for functional independence, coordinating patient care with clinical teams, and managing school-Based service documentation like ieps.

Candidates must have successfully completed an accredited physical therapy program, and two years of clinical physical therapy experience is preferred. Applicants are also required to have self-Direction, initiative, experience with electronic medical records, and a valid vermont driver's license with car insurance.
