Physical Therapist - Kids on the Move

This role involves evaluating, planning, and administering medically prescribed or educationally relevant physical therapy treatments to clients in their homes or students in educational settings. Key duties include performing comprehensive assessments, developing individualized plans of care, coordinating patient care with clinical teams, and supervising support staff.

Candidates must successfully complete an accredited physical therapy program, and prior clinical experience in physical therapy, especially in home care, is preferred. Applicants must also possess a valid vermont driver's license, car insurance, and experience utilizing electronic medical records.
