Inclusion Aide

Inclusion aides will assist participants with disabilities in recreation programs, ensuring their inclusion in all activities through necessary adaptations and encouraging peer interaction. They will also assist staff with behavior management strategies and act as an advocate for participants.

Candidates must possess a positive attitude towards individuals with disabilities, the ability to work independently under direction, and demonstrate dependability and punctuality. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and capable of working as part of a programming team.
