The role involves actively moving, playing, and engaging with children aged 12 weeks to 12 years using the established Edge Kids program activities while providing outstanding member experience and customer service. General responsibilities include maintaining a neat, clean, and sanitary room, adhering to policies, and supporting fellow staff within the fitness club.
Candidates must have a passion for working with children, exhibit high energy and a positive attitude, and be comfortable working flexible hours including nights and weekends. Required qualifications include demonstrating excellent class management skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to pass a criminal background check.

This job operates in child care environment in a health club and occasion office work is necessary. The position will interact with children, Edge coaches and supervisors and members on a daily.
There is very little travel in this position. The employee may be asked to travel local infrequently to other clubs or to corporate for meetings.
This is a part time nonexempt position with varied hours based on the needs of the business. Occasional evening, weekend and split shift work will be required as job duties demand.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities and reports to the Supervisor of the room.
