Swim Instructor - Group Lessons

The instructor is responsible for delivering excellent and safe group swim instruction, motivation, and support to ymca members and participants according to established standards. This includes leading sessions professionally, enforcing pool rules, managing equipment, and ensuring timely starts and ends for every class.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old, though 15-Year-Olds may be considered for an assistant role. A minimum of six months of related swim instruction experience is preferred but not mandatory for the main instructor position.
