Preschool Lead Teacher

The lead teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment while implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum with the teaching team. Key duties include observing children's progress, communicating with families, promoting positive social behaviors, and planning a balanced daily schedule.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old, meeting all state requirements for lead preschool teachers. Prior experience as a preschool lead teacher is necessary, along with a cda or a degree in early childhood education or a related field.
