Requirements summary

Candidates must possess a high school diploma, with an associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a child development associate (Cda) credential being preferred. Previous experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting and completion of state-Required pre-Service training are preferred, alongside strong communication skills and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
